How often can I get stretched?
If you are coming with an acute injury my general recommendation is 3 times within 10 days, each session will be building on the next and in order for success the need to stay on top of the affected area is key. After that depending on your body and how the stretching sets with you, any where from once a week to every other week or even once a month for maintenance.
